Duties: Conduct University Orchestra, recruitment of students for orchestral program, teaching of graduate orchestral conducting.





1986 - 1989 Assistant Professor, University of Tennessee
Duties: Teaching music appreciation and teaching of graduate orchestral conducting.


1991- Present Director of International Workshop for Conductors.

This is a four week summer school in the Czech Republic with 50-70 conducting students every year.


1985 - Present

Guest teaching at universities and conservatories around the world including Zurich Academy, Basel Conservatory, Bern University, University of London, University of Sao Paulo, Bratislava Conservatory, University of Colorado, Indiana University and University of Illinois.



Guest Conducting

Mr.Trevor has guest conducted over fifty orchestras in fifteen countries including in the United States, The National Symphony, the St. Louis, Indianapolis, San Diego, Virginia, El Paso, Savannah and the Charlotte Symphony as well as the London Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Symphony, Slovak Radio Orchestra, Slovak Philharmonic, Prague Symphony, Caracas Philharmonic, Orchestra of USP, Sao Paulo, Monterey Symphony and the National Orchestra of Spain. Also, the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, the Boston Pro Arte, the Bern Chamber Orchestra, the Hong Kong Sinfonietta, the Pardubice Chamber Orchestra and the Slovak State Sinfonietta.
