In this agreement, the Manager submits Artist to podia search and podia exchange of Artist’s choice and Manager will attempt to secure the following items: Podia appointment, Podia exchange and Guest podia engagement

Manager will receive a $300/month retainer, payable to North American Artists Foundation on the first of every month for that month either by wire(Comerica Bank: 1 North Central Avenue, Suite 1000, Phoenix, AZ, 85004[account #, routing # and swift code available later]),Paypal(go to pricerubin.com, then click Contacts) or check(sent to: 220 West Pershing Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85029). This retainer is for office expenses (i.e., telemarketing, e-mail marketing, fax marketing, research, office expenses, personnel, and other expenses). 

Manager will receive the following commissions:

• 20% of American podia exchange and guest podia engagement (after the threshold of $3,600.00 US has been reached by concert activity for a given season, retainer is suspended),
• 10% of the life of the first contract if Manager secures Artist a permanent podium position(retainer also suspended at this point)
• 15% of European engagements,
• 10% of Chinese engagements, 
• 15% of Canadian engagements,
• 20% of Asian (Korea, Japan, Australia) engagements, 
• 20% of Mexican engagements,

 Manager will make no claim for any engagement secured by the Artist.  

This is a one-year term agreement.

30-day notice is required to terminate this contract between Artist and Manager after the one-year term agreement has expired.
