The Agnieszka Laska Dancers have come together gradually over the last four years, originating with Laska's initial choreography of three movements from Dreams of a Dancer to the music of Portland-based composer Tomas Svoboda. In April of 2003, for composer Jack Gabel's Dog Star CD release event, the ensemble marked a solid presence on the artistic stage in Portland as the most musical dance company in town.

Since winning the coveted Avery Fisher Career Grant at 19, Ms. Eldredge has been performing at the foremost music centers of the United States, Canada, Europe, Far East, and Latin America. Ms. Eldredge has performed as soloist with many of the world's great orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, Cleveland Orchestra, Chicago Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Montreal Symphony and the Royal Philharmonic. She has performed with such distinguished conductors as Daniel Barenboim, Zubin Mehta, Andre Previn, Charles Dutoit, Leonard Slatkin, Krzysztof Penderecki, Yevgeny Svetlanov, Hans Vonk and Sergiu Commissiona.

She is a trumpeter, conductor, music director, arranger and teacher who studied at the Northwestern University and Grand Valley State University. Having performed with many orchestras and ensembles she has been heard as a member of Tim Zimmerman & The King's Brass, who she has also arranged many works for, and the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra and as Principal Trumpet with the Grand Rapids Chamber Winds and the Kent Philharmonic Orchestra. Her conducting skills have been used to lead orchestras at several music festivals, the King's Brass , the Grace Community Orchestra, the Community Festival Chorus and the Grace College Chamber Singers and Ensemble, with whom she has toured extensively to South Korea, Germany and throughout the United States. As a Music Director she has been involved in countless Grace College events such as Homecoming and Spring musical productions. In the field of musical education she is Associate Professor of Music - Head of Music Education Area and Vocal Education Area at Grace College, Indiana.
