 Kim Diehnelt

Kim Diehnelt established her craft as a conductor and artistic coach in Finland and Switzerland where she worked with the South Bohemian Chamber Orchestra, and Russian and Baltic ensembles. In Helsinki, Ms. Diehnelt founded the Helsinki Camerata, a group dedicated to a chamber music approach to orchestral works. She was Director of Chamber Music at the Musicology Department of Helsinki University and Music Director of the Helsinki Community College Orchestra. In the United States, Ms. Diehnelt has been Music Director of the Southwest Minnesota Orchestra, Opera Millennium (MN), and the Chicago Reading Orchestra. Ms. Diehnelt was selected to attend the American Academy of Conducting at Aspen with David Zinman in 2002.

Román Revueltas has been Music Director and Conductor of the Aguascalientes Symphony Orchestra for almost five years now, since January 2005. The orchestra is considered to be one of the very best in Mexico, performing concerts not only in the beautiful Teatro de Aguascalientes but also throughout the whole country. He has toured extensively as guest conductor in Mexico and has also given performances with major orchestras in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, France and Italy. He previously held the position of Music Director of the Youth Symphony Orchestra in the state of Mexico and the Symphony Orchestra in the state of Hidalgo. Revueltas, following the tradition of one of the foremost artistic families in Mexico –he is the nephew of composer Silvestre Revueltas and the son of author José Revueltas—, has also a very distinguished career as a violinist and a composer himself.

For over a decade, Mr. Khomik Anderson has successfully conducted numerous orchestras of all levels including professional, community, university, and youth ensembles. He has worked with such artists as Smokey Robinson, Manhattan Transfer, John Tesh, Jimmy Hopper, Lincoln Mayorga, and Arlo Guthrie. He currently works at Fullerton College as the music director of the Fullerton College Symphony. Additionally, Mr. Khomik Anderson music directs the Dong Shin Youth Orchestra, the Irvine Young Concert Artists, and the Montage Civic Orchestra.
