Natasha Djikanovic
BIO:The career of Natasha Djikanovic started from the early age of 9 when she was entranced by sacred music from the Orthodox Church in a suburban part of Belgrade -BorÄa. She then suddenly burst on the scene as an overnight European operatic sensation in 2015. This burgeoning talent has performed numerous roles including Glücksradfrau in the Opera "Rome und Julia auf dem Dorfe" by Frederick Delius at the Opera studio in Frankfurt Opera where she is a member. Others include Violetta Valery from La Traviata, Gilda from Rigoletto, Mimi and Musetta from La Boheme as well as Lucia from Donizetti's opera Lucia di Lammermoor. Miss Djikanovic has performed many concerts in Serbia, Germany, Austria and the USA including appearances with the "Serbian Military Ochestra" and several solo recitals in Serbia. Her vocal coaches include Michael Trimble, Virginia Zeani, Ljudmila Gross Popović, Svetlana Tirmenstajn, Srdjan Jarakovic, Eytan Pessen, and Reiner Armbrust. Recent Highlights:• Her August 18, 2015 performance yielded overnight fame in Sicily at Taormina Opera Stars 2015 in Tatro Antico di Taormina performing in La Traviata with Maestro Silvia Casarin Rizzolo and Artistic Director Enrico Stinchelli.
